Get Revved Up for the Annual Temecula Rod Run!

You already knew Temecula is a great place to work, live, and play, due to the area’s many opportunities for recreation. Our calendar of fun events is jam-packed all year long, but we’re extra excited about the upcoming Temecula Rod Run on March 4 and 5.

Every year, this exciting event in Old Town Temecula draws over 600 classic cars, hot rods, and custom vehicles, along with thousands of spectators. First we kick off the festivities with our Friday Night Cruise, from 5 to 8pm, when you can watch some of the finest street rods on the West Coast as they cruise Old Town Temecula! You will also enjoy music, entertainment, and some of the area’s best food vendors.

Then, on Saturday between 9am and 4pm, come and get a closer look at your favorites during Show and Shine. Every vehicle in the show will be polished, detailed, and parked in Old Town Temecula. Old Town will be closed to through traffic, so you and your family can safely browse the classic cars and hot rods on display. Take a look under the hoods, check out the interiors, and chat with the owners; this event is a car lover’s dream!

Best of all, this event is completely free! There are no admission charges, so bring the whole family. There’s sure to be something for everyone at this fun event. Make a long weekend of it, and don’t forget to check out the rest of Temecula. Enjoy a game at one of our renowned golf courses, take part in a vineyard tour, taste some of the region’s famous wines, and marvel at our breathtaking scenery.
