Using Zoom in Other Ways

In today’s video, I wanted to share a little bit of a different message – to show you some of the things that we are doing with Zoom. I know a lot of you are using Zoom for personal and business meetings, so hopefully these tips will help you think outside of the box on different ways to use Zoom and how it can benefit us.

Real-Time Real Estate Data

If you look at the screen share in the video, then you can see an example of what I am talking about. A lot of times, I might be on a call with a client and they ask about a specific lot. Zoom is neat because we look at the information in real-time together – to go through neighboring parcels, pull up data, and dig deeper.

I get a lot of clients asking these types of questions. Zoom is a great tool to have a meeting with someone and be able to show them what I see on my side regarding public records data.

Or, if we are going into the MLS and touring properties, it is nice to be able to show you what I can see inside the MLS. For example, as a real estate agent, when I log into the MLS there are different fields than what you see on the consumer side. We have a variety of ways to slice the data, but a lot of people don’t know what’s available.

Two-Way Conversation to Meet Your Goals

When I am setting up a search for someone, this is a great way to meet with the person. This conversation lets clients design the search with me, instead of me trying to interpret what they may want. It’s a great time saver and it helps us to communicate more effectively so we can get to the point more quickly.

I wanted to highlight this information in a video so you can see the value available through a Zoom call. If you want to set up a meeting with me for information, or if you want to adjust your auto-searches, we can do it through Zoom. This process will help us get the correct data upfront. That way, moving forward we can be more effective in achieving your goals.

Schedule a Meeting for More Info

As you can see, Zoom can be much more than just a meeting platform. We can use it as an educational or collaborative tool with clients. If you want to schedule a meeting, then call, text, or email me at (951) 473-0390 or [email protected].
